In her latest Instagram photo, Beyoncé looks just as excited for spring as the rest of us. The singer showed off a mixed floral print outfit with a white top and black bottoms that looks warm-weather ready.
And in a new promo video Bey talked about her new role in this summer's animated film Epic as the voice of Queen Tara.
"I've always imagined being in an animated film. I've always wanted to be a queen," she said.
"Queen Tara is important in Epic," Beyoncé continued. "She has preserved the natural beauty of her world and the safety of her people."
She'll be voicing the character who protects the forest and is the source of its magic as a teen girl suddenly finds herself in the middle of a fight between good and evil. Amanda Seyfried, Josh Hutcherson, and Steven Tyler also lend their voices to the film, which is out May 24.
