Pharrell Williams is making good use of his five-year-long relationship with French eyewear brand Moncler by releasing a collection of shades. The stylish producer will also front the collection's advertising campaign.
"He represents the very best of all that is contemporary, creative and international, the same characteristics that underpin the entire Moncler project and the Moncler Lunettes collection," chairman and chief executive officer Remo Ruffini told WWD.
The titanium shades, which have been described as "halfway between futurism and '50s style," will be released in Paris Sept. 26 during the SILMO- International Optics and Eyewear Exhibition. It will be available through Moncler boutiques, their website and other retailers.
