The rapper will show viewers how fashion goes hand-in-hand with music and tech.
Iggy Azalea's "Fancy" has been heating up the airwaves, and now she has a new gig to keep her busy as host of MTV's House of Style. The show was previously helmed by models Karlie Kloss and Joan Smalls back in 2012 and now the Australian rapper is on to offer her own perspective on the industry. Expect behind-the-scenes looks at the shooting of a Rita Ora music video, vintage shopping through Los Angeles and other hot spots.
"This season, presented exclusively by Unilever's Caress, Degree Women, and TRESemmé, House of Style will chronicle how the fashion industry evolves alongside music and technology — who better to take us through this evolution than I-G-G-Y? Exactly. The show will connect viewers to designers, celebrity style-setters, emerging trends and more — you're not gonna want to miss any of the eight episodes," MTV.com reports.
"Another thing you won't want to miss? When Iggy joins us after the 2014 VMAs on August 26 for a House of Style VMA fashion special. Airing on MTV at 7 p.m. EST, Iggy will help us navigate the style highlights from the show."
The new season premieres August 4 on MTV.com. Will you be watching?
