Let's Tackle the Black Obesity Crisis!

Now is the time to take charge of your health.

On Saturday, May 12th from 10am until 3pm The Root will kick-off its year-long obesity series.

 

Join them for a day of family fun and play at the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, Maryland! They'll have a day full of fun activities, workshops and fitness clinics. Olympic gold medalist and health advocate Dominique Dawes and the Washington Wizard Girls will be in attendance. All activities are free and open to the public.
