One Out of Five Suicidal Teens Has Access to a Gun at Home

A team of researchers found that almost 20 percent of suicidal teens live in a home with a gun. They also found that 15 percent of these teens know how to use the weapon and have access to it, reported Science Daily. Suicide is the leading cause of death among young people and almost half of those deaths are causes by self-inflicted gun shots.
