TMZ.com has learned that Dr. Conrad Murray may have his medical license suspended pending a California judge’s decision.

Murray, who is currently being charged with manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, is said to be an emotional wreck over the thought of losing his license. Sources inform TMZ that Murray is aware that the medical board in Nevada will take similar actions if the California judge proceeds with suspension.

However, earlier today, Murray came to an agreement with the Texas Medical Board, who was also considering suspending Murray’s license. He'll keep his license in that state, but is no longer allowed to administer propofol or any other heavy sedatives. The new deal is somewhat similar to Murray’s deal in his criminal case, which doesn't let the doctor administer or prescribe propofol and sedate his patients.

While the Texas Medical Board will announce the new deal on Friday, the Nevada Medical Board has yet to issue a similar offer to the physician.
