Doctor to be criminally charged in Michael Jackson's death.
TMZ has learned that the LAPD has finally completed its investigation in regards to Michael Jackson’s death. Authorities came to the conclusion late last month that they are all but certain Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged for MJ’s death.
Sources close to the investigation informed TMZ that the case will be officially presented in front of Los Angeles County District Attorney once scheduling permits. Authorities also detailed that the investigation was extremely exhausting but the D.A. has more than enough evidence against Murray to bring up a criminal case.
In addition to the media frenzy, the case will soon cause, sources also state a number of affiliates like the LAPD and the D.A.’s office will be present but finding a date to accommodate everyone involved is the only hold up. The case is scheduled to be presented within a few weeks.
Representatives for Dr. Murray have yet to comment on the matter.
