Baby Denies Wanting To Sign Soulja Boy

Cash Money's CEO refutes claims of recruiting SB to his label.

Cash Money CEO Bryan "Baby" Williams is denying trying to sign rapper Soulja Boy to Cash Money. The rapper/executive took to Twitter to air out his side of the story, which contradicts SB's version.

"YMCMB busine$ real talk. I neva tried 2 sign n0b0dy thts already sign 2 s0meb0dy. We d0nt r0ck like tht. I neva tried 2 sign s0ulja. but I respect tha lil h0mey wrk keep getn it$$," tweeted the Birdman.

Last week, SB told Rap-up.com that he had met with Baby and Slim down in Miami about going over to Cash Money and was considering the move. "I still got paperwork with Interscope Records, so I’m just trying to figure out what I’mma do. I got a lot of great options on the table. I’ve been a fan of Cash Money since I was young," he said.
