The 22-year-old rapper was a victim of a drive-by shooting.
Montae “M-Bone” Talbert, resident dancer of West Coast rap group Cali Swag District, was shot and killed last night in the group’s hometown of Inglewood, California, reports TMZ.
Early reports say the California native was shot during what seems to have been a random drive-by shooting. “Ma life changed drastically in the. Blink of an eye rip mbone,” tweeted group mate Cory “Smoove” Fowler.
Although the 22-year-old never actually raps on any CSD tracks, he earned his keep in the group by demonstrating the dances that accompany songs like the group’s certified platinum hit, “Teach Me How to Dougie.”
