Michael Jackson's Family Split Over Tribute Concert

Jermaine and Randy Jackson say show is "ill-timed."

While Katherine, La Toya, Jackie, Tito and Marlon Jackson announced the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute tour at a press conference today (July 25), brothers Jermaine and Randy Jackson released their own statement against the concert.

"We find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael's death," the brothers said. "We feel it is inappropriate to be involved with such an ill-timed event."

According to TMZ
, the tour is set to kick off on Oct. 8 in Cardiff, Wales. No word on who will be performing at the show. Tickets go on sale August 4.
