George Clinton Concert Ends In Chaos
Calamity hit the crowd at a recently free show in Cleveland, Ohio where funk legend George Clinton performed.
TMZ reports the show was held at an event called “Unity in the Park,” which is a festival that has taken place annually for the past eight years. The legendary funk maestro, who celebrated his 71th birthday on July 22, and the Parliament Funkadelic were headlining the one-day event when police say a gunman opened fire on the crowd, shooting four people.
A 16-year-old was shot in the head and a 20-year-old was hit in the neck. Even though everyone was transported to the hospital for their emergency wounds, it is still unclear which one of the four was killed.
Luckily, the music man who has inspired rappers like Snopp Dogg and Dr. Dre was not hurt.
According to TMZ, there still have been no arrests.
