Will Fantasia have to sell her baby gifts on eBay? The singer and American Idol winner may need access to some large bills if a collection agency, working on behalf of U.S. Bank, is successful in suing her for $25,057.02 (plus 10 percent interest dating back to May 2009).

No details about the basis of the suit were made available by either party. Hopefully Fantasia, who is expecting her second child, will be able to sort out the mess at the last minute like she did two years ago, when she nearly lost her home to foreclosure.
