J Cole Drops New 'Work Out' Video

Cole romances the ladies.

With his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story on the way, J Cole delivered his "Work Out" plan on Monday (August 15).

In the video for his first single "Work Out," Cole returns to his basketball roots on a public court as several attractive girls walk by. Each eye Cole, but he chooses a voluptuous brown beauty.

"That's unfair but so is life/ Take a chance and roll the dice," the MC raps as he chats up his new lady friend. "Money can't buy you love 'cause it's overpriced/ Don't overthink, just hope it's right, I'm only here for the night."

As the clip continues, Cole and his lady move onto a house party sprinkled with red cups. The dancing continues while the North Carolina native gives his own spin on the bridge from "Work Out," playfully drawn from Paula Abdul's "Straight Up."

"Straight up now tell do you really wanna love me forever or is it just a hit and run?" Cole rhymes. "Straight up I'll tell you I really just wanna cut when we're together/ Come here girl, let's get it on."

J Cole's Cole World: The Sideline Story hits shelves on September 27.
