Foxy Brown isn't the only member of her family to have run-ins with the law, the famed female rapper's brother, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand, was convicted yesterday for identity theft.
According to the New York Daily News, Marchand, who was a sometimes rapper and manager to his lil sis, was busted while on a Madison Avenue shopping spree with fake credit cards. He was reportedly celebrating his birthday.
Marchand will be sentenced on September 28 and he is facing up to five years in prison. Recently, Foxy escaped a jail cell of her own when a judge threw out a case against her filed by a neighbor and rival whom she reportedly mooned.
