Hype Williams is arguably one of the most well known names in music videos. His brightly colored shots and flashing images are easily recognizable since Missy's "Tha Rain" and B.I.G. and Puff's "Mo' Money Mo' Problems." His most recent venture was with Big Sean for his new single "Marvin & Chardonnay."
Big Sean quietly posted a link for the video on his twitter this week and talked to MTV about the whole process. "I feel like Hype Williams, he's a legend. So it's tight to have the legendary Hype with the colors and the beautiful girls...It was a lot of stuntation goin' on, a lot of playa sh*t that didn't get to make the final cut of it."
Sean's music mentor, Kanye, lends a few verses to the song and appears in the video decked out in a blue three quarter length sleeve suit while Roscoe Dash helps out with the hook. Check the video out here. You can also check out Big Sean on 106 & Park talking about the video.
