R&B singer and NBA player wed in Hawaii ceremony.
Keyshia Cole and husband Daniel "Boobie" Gibson were married over the weekend in Hawaii for the second time.
The couple, who got hitched spontaneously in Vegas this past May, staged their dream wedding on the the island in front of cameras recording Cole's upcoming six-episode reality series Family First. The show, which focuses on Cole's struggle to patch up her relationships with family members and the process of recording her fifth studio album, is expected to air later this year.
The couple married near a waterfall which Keyshia previously told People magazine she needed for her ceremony. "I want a waterfall and I won't rest until I get it."
The platinum-selling singer announced her nuptials to her Twitter followers over the weekend. "My husband wanted me to have my DREAM WEDDING so he flew all of our family members here!," she tweeted. "He's giving something I will NEVER forget! Amazing!"
Cole, 29, met Gibson, 25, a guard for the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers in 2009. The couple got engaged shortly after and had their first child together, Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr., in March 2010.
