T-Pain released a new video featuring Lily Allen and Wiz Khalifa. "5 O'Clock" finds Pain walking around Amsterdam crooning soulfully and trying to make a late-night stop with his video woman, Lily Allen. The mild narrative of the video is cute, but the real question is, "What's going on with the signature "T-Pain Effect?""

Earlier in the year the singer claimed he was onto something, "bigger and better" and vowed never to use autotune again. Instead he made his own vocal processor which he called, The T-Pain Effect. However the trills assisted by "The T-Pain Effect" happen to sound exactly like his earlier autotuned work.

Wiz lays down a verse full of sexual bravado, and we'd expect nothing less from him. Plus decked out in his classy button-up America sweater he makes for some well needed eye-candy in the video.

T-Pain's upcoming album is called RevolveR and is scheduled to drop this year. Right now he's finishing up a tour with Chris Brown.
