Lil Wayne has canceled a series of performances in Australia, but is gearing up to tour through Africa for the first time. Two shows scheduled for Friday, Nov. 25 in Perth and Sunday, Nov. 27 in Adelaide were canceled. In addition, the rapper's representatives said that he would be unable to perform on Tuesday, Nov. 29 in Melbourne due to scheduling conflicts.

He's still scheduled to perform with Eminem at Etihad Stadium on Dec. 1.

The cancellations might come as bad news to Lil Wayne's Australian fans, but Weezy is sure to thrill his African followers with his first tour through the continent, which kicks off Dec. 7. Stops in South Africa include Cape Town, Johannesburg and a newly added date in Durban.

Lil Wayne's shows in Africa will also feature Mack Maine, Gudda Gudda, Corey Gunz, Shanelle, Jae Millz and T-Streets from the Young Money roster.
