Mr. West addresses Grammy nominations omission of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
Kanye West has all the answers. While artists like Jill Scott and Miguel have been left bewildered by their Grammy snubs, 'Ye offered up his best explanation for why he wasn't nominated in the Grammy's Album of the Year category to fans in attendance at last night's [December 1] Watch the Throne tour stop in his hometown of Chicago.
"But people focus, they say 'But you didn't have album of the year or record of the year but I figured out though, that's my fault for dropping Watch the Throne and Dark Fantasy the same year," West told the sold out crowd. "I should've just spaced it out just a little bit more. but don't worry cuz me and Hov gone keep on making sh--."
Although Kanye leads for most Grammy nominations of the year with seven nods, Album of the Year was not one of them.
Yeezy and Hov head to New Orleans tomorrow night for the tour that wraps on December 17 in Vancouver.
