Donna Summer was laid to rest in Nashville, Tennessee, today, and now details of how her friends and family said their final goodbyes have been released.

TMZ obtained a copy of the funeral program, which includes touching tributes from her industry friends, family and closest girlfriends.

The program opens with a photo of Summer followed by a proverb touting that "many women do noble things, but you surpass them all."

The proceedings started with a welcome by Pastor Tim Johnson followed by remarks from Summer's brother, Ricky Gaines, and then a rendition of "We've Come This Far by Faith" by her sisters.

Following the family segment, Summers' closest friends shared "girlfriend stories" about their departed loved one.

Then producer David Foster and Natalie Grant performed "The Prayer," and the ceremony closed with remarks from Pastor Johnson.

Summer, long hailed the Queen of Disco, lost her battle with cancer on May 17. She was 63.
