Fans finally get a small taste of the New Orleans rapper's highly anticipated debut.
Fans of Jay Electronica have been waiting patiently for what seems like forever for the New Orleans MC’s debut, but now the elusive project is one step closer to becoming a reality with a recently announced tracklist.
Jay revealed the song titles off his Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn) in a tweet over the weekend. The enigmatic wordsmith, who signed to Roc Nation last year, teased that the album would be the second part of a planned trilogy based on the three steps of a magic trick (the pledge, the turn and the prestige). Act 1: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) was released for free on MySpace in 2007.
