Update: Lil Wayne Hospitalized After Suffering Seizure-Like Symptoms Aboard Private Jet

The rapper has been released and is now resting comfortably at home.

Update:

Lil Wayne has taken to Twitter to reassure his fans that he's all good following a health scare aboard a private jet on Thursday. "Thanx for all the prayers! I am good," the rapper tweeted on Saturday.
Weezy's rep told TMZ on Friday that the rapper was treated for a severe migraine and dehydration and not a seizure as previous reports suggested. "He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon," the rep said. "He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love."

Rapper Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., was hospitalized yesterday after reportedly experiencing seizure-like symptoms on a private jet. According to TMZ, the moment Weezy’s plane made an emergency landing in Texas, he was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
After spending several hours with doctors, Wayne, 30, was released around 6 p.m. local time. The YMCMB honcho's exact diagnosis is unclear but, according to a TMZ source, he is "doing better."
