Kanye West Deposed in Kim Kardashian Divorce

The love triangle takes an awkward legal turn.

How much would you want to know about your soon-to-be ex-wife’s new relationship with her super famous boyfriend? If you're NBA baller Kris Humphries, you want all the grisly details and then some. In the latest development from the messy Kim Kardashian divorce, her new beau Kanye West was ordered by Humphries’ legal team to sit for a deposition.

While it wasn't reported what goods the hip hop star gave up during the legal grilling, according to TMZ, Mr. West was drawn into the court battle as Team Humphries looks for an opportunity to gain the upper hand in the fight over the prenuptial agreement their client signed last year. As has been well-documented, the union between the reality star and the pro baller lasted a whopping 72 days before they filed for divorce. Kardashian started her romance with the "Good Life" rapper soon after. Now Humphries lawyers are probing to see if that relationship may have violated terms of the prenup.

Kim K’s attorney, Laura Wasser, is arguing that the entire deposition was a "fishing expedition" by the opposing lawyers to avoid the inevitable. Wasser would just like to bring an end to the conflict so that her client can move on. In court today she told the judge of Kardashian’s current state in the matter, "she [Kim] is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."

And as we all know in the world of love and hip hop ‘cuffing is not allowed.
