Kid Cudi Lands Sixth Complex Cover
Kid Cudi is back on the cover of Complex magazine for the February/March issue, marking his sixth appearance on the front of the publication since 2009 (four solo appearances, one with WZRD and one as part of G.O.O.D. Music). This time out, the lonely stoner opens up about getting hooked on antidepressant medications.
"I took a trip on antidepressant lane for a little bit," he says. "After the WZRD song 'Dr. Pill' everyone thought I was talking about molly or ecstasy. But I’m talking about prescription meds. I had just gotten a shrink. I was having an emotional breakdown with this breakup. I kept trying different pills for five months. It f---ed me up. They weren’t working. It was every side effect on the bottle. I couldn’t f---."
The full cover story with Cudi is available online now and at newsstands February 4. Rihanna is featured on the magazine's trademark second cover.
