Chris Brown Premieres "Fine China" Video

Brown pays tribute to Michael Jackson in new music video.

From his on-going beef with Drake to his relationship issues with Rihanna, Chris Brown has a lot on his plate, but the music still takes first billing.

Today, Breezy puts his singing and dancing talents at the forefront, premiering both the song and video for "Fine China," the lead single off his X album. The 23-year-old plays the bad boy in an updated take on a Romeo & Juliet-style storyline, whisking away his leading lady in a Lamborghini while her father objects.

With production courtesy of Roccstar and PK, Brown's uptempo single finds the Virginia native turning on the charm, campaigning for his lover's heart singing, "Baby does he do it for ya?/ When he finished does he step back and adore ya?"

The Michael Jackson influence is clear not only in the beat but in the sonic delivery, similar to the old-school dance feel Brown showcased on Rihanna's "Nobody's Business."

"For this album, I really just wanted to focus on my talent and everything I have to bring," Brown told BET.com. "And I also wanted to go back to the essence of where my inspirations were derived from: Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, etc. And I want to build that essence within my brand and who I am as an artist."

Brown keeps the MJ-theme running with the choreography. The R&B star borrows a scene from the King of Pop's "The Way You Make Me Feel," skipping behind his woman as she coyly switches away, and pays homage to moves made famous in "Smooth Criminal" and "Beat It."

With "Fine China" at the start, Brown is positioned for a musical takeover by way of album number six.

X is due out in August.

Tune into 106 & Park tonight at 6 p.m. EDT as Brown shares his new visuals with the 106 audience.
