Lupe Fiasco Interrupts Show After Fan Attack
Lupe Fiasco's latest onstage struggle involved a glow stick to the head and not one, but four black belts.
The Chicago rapper stopped his show at the University of Cincinnati when a fan threw a glow stick onto the stage, hitting him in the head.
Lupe signaled for the music to be cut and called the person out.
"Listen, hold up two seconds, we'll get back to the show, listen," he insisted. "I know you a jerk and that's cool. I know that you came here and you thought that 'Im'a get some shine real quick and throw some s--- at Lupe and hit him in the face.'"
Greeted with encouraging crowd cheers, he continued. "There used to be four black belts around this waist!"
He then invited "everybody that wanna' throw some s---" to collect themselves at the side of the stage to earn their "five minutes of fame."
No one did. Rather, the crowd seemed to rock with the short rant, and Lupe went into his hit "Kick Push" as if nothing ever happened.
