The Roc Nation MC gives fans more free music.
J. Cole has been feeling very generous as of late. Hours after exposing his deepest fears on "Cole Summer," the Roc Nation star gifted fans with the Truly Yours 2 EP, Tuesday (April 30) night.
"As Promised. Another Thank You for your patience," he wrote in a note posted online.
Anticipating a stampede of downloads slamming the site's server, Cole also tweeted "Crassssshhhhhhh. Enjoy man, just a few gifts. Truly yours 2."
The free six-track release is the second installment in the Truly Yours EP series, and includes the aforementioned record, plus five new additions. Cole produces nearly every song, sharing credits with Canei Finch, Ron Gilmore and Jake One. Guest appearances come courtesy of Young Jeezy on ("Kenny Lofton"), and 2 Chainz ("Chris Tucker").
Truly Yours 2 is solid from start to finish, bearing witness to the "Power Trip" MC's impressive lyrical skill set.
