Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Engaged

Yeezy pops the question to reality TV star girlfriend.

Kanye West turned AT&T Park — home stadium of the San Francisco Giants — into a real field of dreams on Monday night (Oct. 21). The hip hop superstar surprised his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, on her 33rd birthday by asking her to marry him, E! reports. She said yes!

West rented out the stadium and popped the question in front of friends and family via a jumbotron message, "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" and with a 15-carat diamond ring designed by celebrity jeweler Lorraine Scwartz.

A 50-piece orchestra serenaded Kardashian with her favorite songs, Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" and Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo's and West's "Knock You Down."

According to the New York Daily News, West had previously received Kardashian matriach Kris Jenner's blessing. "A match made in heaven!" she said after the news broke. "I am so happy for both of my kids, Kim and Kanye."

Sister Khloe Kardashian added to the celebration with a couple of tweets, "Wow!!!!! Am I dreaming??!?!" and "Tears of JOY!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!"

The A-list couple have been dating for 18 months and became the proud parents of daughter, North West, this past June.

This walk down the aisle will be the third for Kim and the first for Kanye. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was previously married to NBA player Kris Humphries for 72 days.

Kanye tested the wedded waters before as well, when he was engaged to designer Alexis Phifer in 2006. The couple never married and split two years later.
With the news of Kim and Kanye's engagement, the countdown to possibly one of the most lavish weddings of all time now begins.
Congrats to the happy couple!
