Game Clears Up Cash Money Deal

West Coast rapper says he's still a free agent.

Despite a very public announcement that included YMCMB affiliate Tyga and reportedly buying Cash Money chains to lament his new label deal, Game isn't signed to the imprint.

He's actually still a free agent, the Compton native confessed to KarenCivil.com.

A year after his final album with Interscope Records, Jesus Piece, didn't sell as well as previous efforts, Game said he's focused on taking it slow. "Right now I'm just enjoying my free agency," he explained. "I had talks with Birdman and we're trying to figure out what it's going to be and how it's going to work. It definitely could work."

Game's relationship with YMCMB stretches back a decade, which may account for why he's not in any rush. Instead of jumping in too quickly, he's trying to figure out what's "best" for his own career as well as the label. "Of course nothing is written in stone, but, um, that's where I'm leaning, so we'll see," he promised.

Later in the interview, the engaged father of three clarified his relationship with Khloe Kardashian, a friendship rumored to be more than platonic in the wake of her marriage troubles with Lamar Odom.

Kardashian, daughter of deceased lawyer Robert Kardashian, who was rumored to have left his ex-wife and children a $100 million estate, used to live with Game and three other men years before she and her family made it big on the small screen.

The two forged a bond and today Game sees the reality TV beauty as "a sister" and one of his "best friends in life."
