Report: Ma$e Filed for Divorce From Twyla Betha

A court filing from January surfaces, citing irreconcilable differences between the pastor and his wife.

There may be trouble in paradise for Pastor Mason Betha and his wife Twyla Betha.

According to TMZ, Mason Betha, a.k.a. Ma$e, filed for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences and claiming that the couple has been separated since August 2013. M-A-Dollar wanted full custody of their two children, plus child support.

However, Ma$e then filed to dismiss his divorce petition just over a month later.

The latter filing could be good news for his Atlanta flock at the El Elyon International Church, where he is based. The couple has been sharing their secrets to a successful marriage with the congregation via a literary series titled, What Do You Do After I Do, promoting a marriage that lasts a "lifetime" (Twyla Betha is also a pastor at the church).

Neither Ma$e nor Twyla Betha have responded to the report as of press time.

Meanwhile, the Harlem World rapper is still working on his new album, Now We Even, and of late has considered signing with Drake's OVO imprint.
