Mariah Carey Taps Rich Homie Quan for 'Thirsty'

Mimi drops new single off upcoming album Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse.

With exactly two weeks until her album drops, Mariah Carey has a new single in rotation.

Carey debuted "Thirsty," Tuesday (May 13), the latest off Me. I Am Mariah...The Elusive Chanteuse, a studio album due out May 27. Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan is featured on the radio-ready track, produced by Hit-Boy.

For her part, Mimi calls out a particularly "Thirsty" (aka desperate for attention) character, singing, "He used to be Mr. All About Me, now you're just thirsting for celebrity/ Best thing that happened to your a-- was me."

"Thirsty" follows a previous track, "You're Mine (Eternal)" from earlier this year, and the Miguel-assisted "Beautiful" released last May.

Carey announced the new album title (which is partially derived from a self-portrait she drew as a child) in late April.

Besides Quan and Miguel, Me. I Am Mariah...The Elusive Chanteause features guest appearances by the likes of Nas, Wale, Trey Songz and Fabolous.
