The two photos Wiz Khalifa took and tweeted from an El Paso, Texas, correctional facility has sparked the interest of authorities. 

Wiz, who just dropped his latest mixtape, 28 Grams (which is 28 tracks of spirit lifting), was arrested for possession of 0.5 grams of marijuana early Sunday morning (May 25). He was held for a few hours, which was apparently long enough to snap and post a selfie, and a pic of his cell door, just before prison authorities relieved him of his mobile phone, as is custom. 

Now, according to TMZ, an investigation is underway to determine how Wiz managed to maintain possession of his smart phone while on lock down. Did he sneak it in, or did one of the guards facilitate the photo-op?
