J.Lo's ode to the backside has some twerkilicious new visuals. The singer tapped Iggy Azalea for a remix of her "Booty" single, off her A.K.A. album, and the Aussie rapper taps her booty right back in the new video.
Hype Williams sat in the director's chair. The video was shot in Los Angeles with a barely there setting and plenty of barely there bathing suits and high heels to match. Most notably, however, is the gyrating — it's the Fly Girl's latest call to get up on that dance floor.
"At first I said, 'Never in my life will I do a song called 'Big Booty,'" Lopez said during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!." The song's title was eventually changed, but that's not why she went forward with it. "I was in the car with my twins and as soon as they heard 'Big Booty' they went crazy. They loved this song and because of that I recorded it."
Pitbull is on the original version of the song. And with Lopez's and Azalea's friendship growing after connecting for "Acting Like That," a last-minute addition to A.K.A., she knew just who to call to drop the remix.
The "Booty" video premiered last night (Sept. 18) on Vevo. A.K.A. is Lopez's eighth studio album.
