Kanye West held a listening session in Paris last night (Sept. 24), according to rapper Theophilus London, who was among the group of lucky listeners. The intimate event gathered 20 people in a dark room where West played his new LP three times.

London shared the news on Instagram alongside a photo with the 37-year-old MC. “So shortly after this picture I Only remember kanye playing his new album 3 times in a dark room of 20 people last night and moshing drunk with mad babes haha,” he wrote.

West’s listening session wasn’t exactly a secret on social media. Several hours prior to London’s Instagram post, user Only Hip Hop Facts tweeted, “Kanye West is having an album listening session in paris tonight!” 

One huge piece still missing from the Yeezy album puzzle is actual details about the music. Like past releases, West hasn’t said much about what he’s working on or when the album will debut. 

The newlywed has been in the City of Lights with wife Kim Kardashian and daughter North West for Paris Fashion Week.
