According to the Chicago Tribune, a 22-year-old man was shot in the hip and back Saturday afternoon (July 11) and taken to the Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious-to-critical condition. He was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Disturbing video footage, allegedly of Capo bleeding out on a sidewalk while friends call out, "Stay woke bro," is circulating. Condolences are streaming in via social media.

No further details are available at this time, except for this tragic one: about 20 minutes after the man was shot, the suspected gunman ran over and killed a one-year-old who was sitting in his stroller.
Capo had just released album, Glo Life or No Life 2 and announced an upcoming collection, Gloyalty the EP

Our prayers are with the families of the victims tonight.
