Warren G Brings Back G-Funk With 'My House'

The single also features the late Nate Dogg.

Although it’s Dre Day with the release of Compton: A Soundtrack, Warren G also has some new music for fans of the West Coast.

Today the originator of G-Funk is releasing his EP Regulate…G Funk Era Pt. II. The project is a direct sequel to his 1994 debut, Regulate … G Funk Era. Not much has changed from Warren G in 2015; he’s still repping the West and bringing the G-Funk sound to the new generation of rap fans. The EP contains unreleased vocals from Nate Dogg and features E-40, Too $hort, Jeezy and Bun B.

You can stream and purchase the project on iTunes. In the meantime, check out his video for “My House,” where he honors the late crooner in a dope way. Be sure to add this one to your weekend playlist.
