The femcee, most commonly known for her appearances in MTV’s Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory, and her recent claim of police brutality, was set to sign a deal with the label but according to a TMZ source familiar with the ongoing lawsuit, Birdman is blocking the move.
This isn't the first time Lil Wayne has tried to sign Chanel. The deal fell through once before, in 2013, for reasons that aren't clear.
