KKK Packets Left on Lawns of Neighborhood Shocked These Residents

The propaganda was found in a town called Whittier, Calif.

Residents of Whittier, Calif., were shocked to find packets of KKK propaganda on their front lawns Sunday morning, KTLA reports. Residents called the police to report the littering of the unwanted packages.
“When I first read it, I thought it was a hoax,” said Stella Paquin, a local resident, according to the LA Times. "I have never heard or read anything that impacted me so much to think, ‘My goodness, there are just such hateful people.'"
The packages had candy, a rock and fliers that read, "Wake Up White America." On the other side of the paper was an image of Republican Presidential Candidate Jeb Bush with the words, "A vote for Jeb Bush is a vote for open borders and for an accelerated browning of America."
Police say they will not follow up with a criminal investigation because no "specific threat" has been made, according to KTLA.
Whittier, Calif., is a small town located 12 miles southeast of the city of Los Angeles. The population is 85,000 according to recent U.S. Census data. African-Americans only make up 1.3 percent of the town's population.
