Pittsburgh Man Kills Woman Because She Didn't Want to Talk to Him

An African-American woman was shot and killed because she declined advances from a man at a Pittsburgh club Friday.

Janese Jackson Talton, 29, deserved to make it home after she went out to Cliff's Bar in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, last week. Instead, her body laid in the street early Friday morning after a man shot her for declining his advances.

The mother of two is dead after the senseless crime. Charles McKinney, 41, is charged in the murder of Talton, according to WTAE.com.
Around 2 a.m., McKinney approached Talton as the bar was closing down for the night. Talton expressed no interest. Instead of leaving her alone, he followed Talton outside and shot her. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

McKinney fled the scene. A security guard chased him until he got into a vehicle and sped off. Police were called to the scene and authorities were notified that a suspect was on the loose. Cops encountered McKinney during a traffic stop and he sped off again and eventually crashed into a vehicle.
He was then taken into custody.
McKinney also faces the following charges according to WTAE.com, "two counts of aggravated assault, firearms without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude police, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving."
