The ex-boyfriend of a missing 25-year-old in Texas has been arrested after police discovered new evidence.

Typhenie Johnson was last seen on Monday at the Post Oak East Apartments in Fort Worth. According to witnesses, Johnson’s ex-boyfriend, Chris Revill, was the last person to see the missing woman. 

Typhenie's twin brother, Asher, his girlfriend and another friend saw the former couple talking outside the apartment outside in the parking lot on the night she disappeared.

“It had kind of escalated from a regular conversation and making Chris leave here because he was gathering up his stuff,” Asher told Fox 4 News. “Chris had come back up, and I asked him where my sister went. And he said she jumped into another car.”

That’s when Asher decided to go downstairs and check out things for himself. Asher alleged that he saw Revill’s car backed up with the trunk open. As Asher approached, Revill pulled away in his vehicle. Police were notified and went to check out Revill’s house.

When police searched Revill’s house, they found a woman’s bra with a broken clasp, a ladies shirt and a smart watch with a broken clasp.

Based on the evidence and witness statements, police arrested Revill for Typhenie’s alleged kidnapping and are holding him on a $50,000 bond.

“We have substantial information basically on the initial crime scene of the apartment complex that would lead us and the detectives to believe that he was the last person around her at the time of her disappearance,” said Fort Worth Police Officer Jimmy Pollozani.
