A former Atlanta superintendent and more than 30 educators are in hot water after one of the nation’s largest cheating scandals. A grand jury indicted the group after a state investigation found that educators gave answers to students and changed their answers on test papers. Atlanta superintendent Beverly Hall turned herself in on Tuesday and was released on bond on Wednesday morning.
