Boy Says Parents Forced Him to Do Extreme Exercises

Charlie Bothuell V, 12, who was found locked in his father's basement, said he was forced to do strenuous exercise by his parents, such as 100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups and 100 jumping jacks. If he did not complete the work-out, he would be have to repeat the routine again, according to court documents. His parents have not been charged in the case.
