Dating Abuse - The publicity over the "Chrihanna" saga has helped give attention to a grim statistic: one in three young people experience dating abuse at some point in their teenage years.  The organization "Break the Cycle" says only a handful of states are protecting teens from dating violence.  States were evaluated and given failing grades if they didn't provide protective orders for minors or if the state in question didn't recognize dating relationships as a valid cause for obtaining protective orders.

Chris Brown Lowdown - Chris Brown reportedly got into an argument with his girl, Rihanna, and she ended up with a split lip, bloody nose and scratches on her face. Brown, 19, has been charged with making a criminal threat, and remains under investigation on domestic violence allegations. Chris is out on bail – and out of the Doublemint gum ad campaign for now.

Whitney's New Album - Whitney Houston's long-awaited comeback album will hit stores on Sept. 1. The record - which is rumored to be titled “Undefeated” - will be the 45-year-old singer's first release in seven years. In February, Whitney made her long-awaited stage comeback at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy Awards party.  Her performance, which featured several of her classic hits, including “I'm Every Woman” and “I Will Always Love You,” was lauded by partygoers.

The Comeback Kid - Lost in all the drama over Chris Brown and Rihanna over Grammy weekend was some good news about Whitney Houston. She performed her hit "I'm Every Woman" at a pre-Grammy party for music icon Clive Davis. At one point, Houston pointed to Jennifer Hudson and said to her, "I'm so proud of you!"

Separated For a Year - According to the Associated Press, Usher and Tameka, who tied the knot in August 2007, have been living separately since July 2008.  Although neither Tameka nor Usher have commented publicly on the matter, Tameka’s lawyer says they will respond to the divorce petition in a “timely manner” and they are “…hoping this case would be resolved privately, but since Usher filed it publicly we will have to respond."

A Plastic Mess - All Usher's wife wanted was to go to Brazil for some cheap, possibly unregulated plastic surgery, and it all ended up going so horribly that Usher had to get a neurosurgeon in to fix her. But the good news is that Tameka Foster is now in stable condition. There is no word on what type of cosmetic surgery Foster had undergone.
