Man Beheads Sister - Two sisters and the brother who killed them will share a single funeral service and be buried together this week. Police shot and killed 23-year-old Kerby Revelus after an officer saw him decapitate his 5-year-old sister, Bianca. Kerby also violently stabbed his 17-year-old sister, Samantha, to death. A surviving sister, 9-year-old Saraphina, is recovering from stab wounds inflicted by her brother.

Just Rumors - If you’ve heard through the forwarded text messages, MySpace or Facebook grapevines that Keyshia Cole’s mother, Frankie, died in a car accident, you’re just dead wrong. Cole's mom hasn't been in any kind of accident and is alive and well in Atlanta. A release from Cole’s publicist does add that Cole and her people thank her fans for their concern.

RiRi’s Cooperating - The Chris Brown/Rihanna saga is gaining steam again, as new reports indicate that RiRi is “cooperating” in the case against Brown. The Los Angeles District Attorney refuted reports that Rihanna is no longer cooperating with authorities on the case—though a spokesman did say they are not dealing with the R&B star directly. There are also reports that Rihanna is contemplating appearing on “Oprah.”

Seven Punished - Seven students at Oprah's Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa have been punished for violating the code of conduct at the school. A rep for Winfrey says four were kicked out and three others were suspended. Authorities won't say what the girls did; but reports say the seven are accused of trying to force students into relationships and to engage in sexual conduct. It's the second major controversy to hit the school.

Manslaughter Charge - Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth has been charged with killing a pedestrian last month while driving drunk. An arrest warrant issued in Miami charges Stallworth with DUI manslaughter in the March 14 accident that killed 59-year-old Mario Reyes. If convicted, Stallworth would face up to 15 years in prison.

Charged - Some legal troubles for a popular Jamaican reggae singer. Police have charged Luciano with harboring a fugitive. Authorities say a man shot and wounded three policemen while he was holed up inside the singer's home last week. The hour-long standoff ended with the fugitive gunman being shot to death inside the home. Luciano was nominated for a Grammy in 2001 for the song "A New Day."

Remembering a Legend - The news was so shocking at the time, people who heard it believed it was some kind of cruel April Fool's Day joke. But 25 years ago – on April Fool's Day – Marvin Gaye was shot to death by his father one day before his 45th birthday. The shooting occurred during an argument between the two. Gaye's biggest hits included "I Heard It Through The Grapevine," "What's Going On" and "Let's Get It On.” He would have turned 70 on April 2.

‘Mistakes’ Made - Authorities say a pair of mistakes may have doomed two NFL players and another man during a boating trip in the Gulf of Mexico. An investigation revealed that the boat turned over after one of the men tried to move the boat forward to try to pry the anchor loose. Oakland Raiders linebacker Marquis Cooper and free-agent defensive lineman Corey Smith are missing and presumed dead.

Moats Case - The Dallas cop who kept Houston Texans running back Ryan Moats from going inside a hospital to be with his dying mother-in-law has resigned. Officer Robert Powell says he turned in his badge in the hopes that the department, its officers and the citizens of Dallas can all move forward. Powell stopped Moats after his SUV rolled through a red light. The officer pulled his gun and threatened to jail Moats, even as he and his family explained the situation.

Adoption Drama - Madonna claims she hasn't pulled any strings to adopt a girl from Malawi, to go along with the son she adopted from the impoverished African nation in 2006. She also denies using her fame to fast-track the adoption process for the girl. Her critics say if she really wants to help, she should provide aid so the girl could be cared for by her own extended family in Africa.

Cole Donors - Some of Natalie Cole's fans want to give her something she needs badly: a kidney. When the singer was on “Larry King Live” this week, the show received calls from dozens of viewers asking if they can be tested as possible donors. Cole, who was diagnosed with hepatitis C last February, says without a kidney transplant, she will be on dialysis for the rest of her life.

Charges Dropped - Authorities dropped charges against Wayna after her arrest last week. The singer was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon on Wednesday when she tried to take a baton through airport security. She uses the baton on stage while performing her song "Billy Club," which is about police brutality. She thanked prosecutors for deciding not to pursue the matter any further, saying she's "relieved and grateful" that she won't be in further trouble.

It Costs to be Fierce - They say they made Queen Latifah look like a million bucks - literally. And makeup artist Roxanna Floyd and fashion stylist Susan Moses say the thanks they got was that they were stiffed. So, the two are suing Queen for $1 million. Floyd says she lost $700,000 and Moses says she was cheated out of $300,000. A spokeswoman for Latifah says the suits are without merit, but says she can't say more because the case is in the courts.

Slow Down - Maybe we should start calling him Andre 109. That's because police say they clocked Andre 3000 driving 109 miles per hour on a highway near Atlanta early Saturday where the speed limit is 65. Police say Andre told them he was going so fast because he missed an exit and had to turn around. He's now free on a $1,200 property bond, pending a court date later this month.

She's Out - According to a press release that Columbia Records issued Monday, Kelly Rowland is no longer recording for Columbia as a solo artist. "As a solo artist, I felt the need to explore new directions, new challenges and new freedoms outside my comfort zone and my friends and family at Columbia Records have been incredibly understanding about my evolution," Rowland said in the statement. News of Kelly's situation comes just two months after she fired her manager, Matthew Knowles, also known as Beyoncé

Back on FOX - Wanda Sykes is getting a shot at her own TV show on FOX. There's no title for the show yet. But you can look for it on Saturday nights in the slot that is now held by "MadTV," which will go off the air in May. FOX says the show will offer what it calls "biting" commentary, as well as remote segments and panel discussions. Sykes was on Fox before. She had a series called "Wanda At Large," which had a brief run in 2003.

Evicted! - Housemate, Terri (pictured), set a new “College Hill” record Tuesday. In the fourth episode of season six, she was voted out of the house by her roommates, following a violent altercation she had with fellow pageant queen, Milan. After threats that included Terri picking up a pool stick and ball to supposedly hurl at Milan, the remaining cast members decided she should be evicted. Get more.

Last One - It's the end of an era for UGK. The hip-hop pair drops what will be their sixth and final studio album Tuesday. It's the first since Pimp C died. The album is titled "UGK: UGK 4 Life." The lead single is "Da Game Been Good To Me," and it features Pimp C and Bun B reminiscing about their career as hip-hop artists. The album features appearances from Akon, Ron Isley, Raheem DeVaughn, Lil Boosie, Webbie, Too $hort and Snoop Dogg.

Prince's Busy Week - Prince has been one busy musician this past week. He took over “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” for three shows and rocked three concerts in one night on Saturday at three different venues in Los Angeles: the Nokia Theater L.A. Live, the Conga Room and Club Nokia. He also released his triple CD on Sunday, March 29 that is only available at Target stores. The triple set features two albums from Prince and a third from his protégé, Bria Valente.
