Eldrick “Tiger” Woods made history by winning the 61st Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. Woods was the first person of mixed African decent to win the title, as well as the youngest at age 21. He would go on to win the Masters three more times (2001, 2002 and 2005). To date, he has won 14 major golf championships and 71 PGA Tour titles. In 2009, the focus shifted from his impeccable golf game and onto a sex scandal that ultimately ended his marriage to Swedish model Elin Nordegren in 2010. In recent years, the golfer has struggled to make a comeback.
