Pras and Wyclef Jean will discuss the aftereffects of the massive natural disaster on their homeland tonight.
Two years ago today (1/12) Haiti was devastated by an enormous earthquake and the island nation is still struggling to get back on its feet. In remembrance of the natural disaster, 106 & Park will dedicate tonight’s show to the people of Haiti. Terrence and Rocsi will be joined by Haitian-American musicians Pras and Wyclef (via Facetime) to shed light on their efforts to rebuild Haiti. 106 & Park has also partnered with Project Medishare to present a recap of the current state of Haiti, which will be narrated by Terrence and Rocsi. To make a donation to aid Haiti, go to ProjectMedishare.org. Also, for info on Pras' charity go to EmbraceHaitiNow.com and Facebook.com/EmbraceHaitiNow.
In the meantime, check out Wyclef’s last appearance on 106 below, where he speaks about Haiti. Watch 106 & Park tonight at 6P/5C as we recognize the 2nd anniversary of the Haiti Earthquake.
