The song was written by Missy Elliott and Timbaland, and the concept for the video was created by the singer's brother Rashad Haughton.
The video, directed by Daniel Pearl, takes place in a forest and finds Aaliyah secretly watching and admiring a man dancing. She ends up seeing her guy get into some trouble and has to save him. The release of this video was one of the first times we really got to see what a great dancer Aaliyah was.
