The cast from the BET romantic comedy shares their special moments from Feb. 14.
With Valentine's Day here, we asked the cast of Let's Stay Together what's their favorite Valentine's Day memory.
Enjoy and Happy Valentine's Day!
Kyla Pratt: I would just have to say relaxing. I don’t really need much, just "us" time. Going to dinner and I love roses. Every Valentine’s Day is let’s just make time for us.
Nadine Ellis: I had a boyfriend years ago when I was in high school and he got me a little globe and a cute little note that he wrote that said, “I wanted to give you the world.” I thought that was really sweet. I mean, I’ll take diamonds, but that was really sweet.
Joyful Drake: I don’t even remember, isn’t that awful? Every day for me is like Valentine’s Day because I have the most amazing friends and family. We just love each other all year long.
RonReaco Lee: A few years ago, my wife actually bought me two baseball gloves. One for me, one for her, and a baseball. Very small, very simple, but it was really awesome. I had mentioned at some point in time how I missed playing catch.
Erica Hubbard: I’m just a low-key person. I like flowers, candy, a card and dinner. Give me those four things and a girl is very happy.
Bert Belasco: I’m going to be real and this isn’t a corny answer but when you do the norm and you say I love you on Valentine’s Day and it doesn’t feel anymore special, that’s how you know you’re doing it right. If Valentine’s Day becomes too special, you’re doing something wrong. Valentine’s Day lets you know if you’re on the right or wrong track.
