Gabrielle Douglas

Gabrielle Christina Victoria "Gabby" Douglas is a professional gymnast who made history at the 2012 Summer Olympics as the first woman of color to win gold in the all-around competition, as well as the first American gymnast to win gold in both the individual and team all-arounds at the same Olympics. The 16-year-old Virginia Beach, VA., native was also a part of the gold-winning U.S. team at the 2011 World Championships.
