James Fortune and FIYA

Since their 2004 debut James Fortune and FIYA (Free in Yahweh's Abundance) have become one of the leading acts in gospel music. Respected for their powerful delivery and inspirational lyrics, the group made history when their single, "I Trust You," spent 30 weeks at number one on Gospel National Airplay charts, making it the longest-lasting number-one single of any genre.  Under Fortune's leadership, the choir has opened shows for legendary performers like Stevie Wonder and Kim Burrell.  Their third album, Identity, was released in January 2012 and features appearances from artists such as Monica and Fred Hammond.
